Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

The value of the attribute Manager is either not valid or not active as of Eff Start Date

When attempting to correct position, an error occurs

 " The value of the attribute Manager is either not valid or not active as of Effective Start Date. (PER-1531496) "


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Search for position

Open position -> Edit

Select correction

Updated effective start date , full Time or Part Time , Regular or Temporary fields then click Review button

Error:
"The value of the attribute Manager is either not valid or not active as of Effective Start Date. (PER-1531496)
