Symptoms
On Java Cloud Service (JCS), Can not add load balance server after JCS instance created .
ERROR
-----------------------
PSM-LSM-05008 Unable to start remote execution of service operation. One or more service nodes may be inaccessible. Check that service node(s) are accessible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MyServices console and click 'Manage this service"--->Add Load Balancer. Enter the required details and click on 'Add'.
It fails with the above error.
