Getting Gateway Timeout (Doc ID 2403886.1)

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to check the leads -Leads are not received the following error occurs.

"Error occurred in invokeCreateContact REST call: Gateway Time-out"
This is occurring in both REST & SOAP request.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open SOAP UI
2. Submit payloads accessing web services
3. Request times out

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the leads they are facing huge impact in revenue for the company
