Symptoms
Learning Community required learning assignments not pushed to new members when using the dynamic assignment.
When new members are added to the analysis report tied to this assignment, the two processes 'Evaluate Person IDs for Assignment Rule' and 'Reconcile Dynamic Assignments Members' were run and new members were added to the community, but not assigned to the learning item.
