When attempting to access any content
the following error occurs.

 File not found when accessing content in Learning

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
2. Go as a Learner and try to open a PDF file or Video.
3. In the new page error comes File not found.
4. After upgrade the issue is reflected
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the content
