HDL Error When Trying To Update Seniority Date (Doc ID 2404477.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to load Worker.zip that contains SeniorityDate discriminator
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You must enter the period of service ID for a work relationship level seniority date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. load Worker.zip, that contains Worker.dat
METADATA|SeniorityDate|SeniorityDateCode|PersonId|PersonNumber|EntryDate|EffectiveStartDate|EffectiveEndDate|SeniorityDate|BusinessUnitShortCode|ManualAdjustmentDays|ManualAdjustmentComments|LegalEmployerName
MERGE|SeniorityDate|CATM_ORA_LESD_W||123|2018/01/01|2018/01/01|4712/12/31||BU name|10|Data Correction|Infusion LE
