The Oracle Commerce Cloud(OCC) is integrated with Oracle CPQ as an external configurator. After logging into OCC and finishing the configuration within the pop-up window, click "Add to Cart" returns an error:
Error: Part entered for attribute rule is not valid.
When checking bm.log on the CPQ site, the error message also contains:
Caused by: Object 'company_id = XX, part_number_lower = XXXXXX' of type 'Part' could not be found.
The part is a valid part on CPQ site.
This integration is set up with a 18A CPQ site.
