Cannot View Questionnaire Attachments (Doc ID 2404634.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Users cannot view questionnaire attachments when register a supplier by using an external registration.


During registration supplier answers the questionnaire and also adds attachments to some of the questions:



After submit, Approver reviews the Registration Request and can open the PDF of Supplier questionnaire response:


However in the PDF, Supplier Attachments are listed, but the files are not hyper linked and cannot be  opened for review:


Steps To Reproduce
1. Register as Supplier from external link.
2. Complete all the steps and add attachment to the Questionnaire.
3. Submit.
4. Approver reviews but cannot view attachments inserted to Questionnaire.
