Symptoms
When updating Load Balancer as a Service (LBaaS) to add an HTTPS Listener, including the virtual host, the following message is returned:
The error is seen when one LBaaS Listener is configured with the HTTP protocol and an attempt to add a second Listener for HTTPS protocol is made, even when specifying the virtual host and using a seemingly valid SSL certificate.
The error is also seen when no previous Listener is configured and an attempt is made to add an HTTPS Listener.
