Goal

How can we Update Expiration Date or Update Expiration Date on the Absence Certification?  These options are unavailable for selection from Person management> search for person number > Manage Absence Records > Absence Certificate > select the Action Items tab> select the certification > click Edit> go to the Edit drop down> options are greyed out
