P6 Mobile Freezes With a Blank Screen During Login

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When logging into P6 Mobile, immediately after installing the application, the data will load correctly and the application can be used.
After exiting the app and starting it again, none of the line items are visible or the screen will go completely White and freeze up.
Sometimes the error in the error section below is thrown. Uninstalling and re-installing the application will allow it to work again, but only during the first login.
P6 has recovered from a crash. Would you like to Email the report for troubleshooting
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install P6 Mobile.
2. Log into P6 Mobile and use the application.
3. Exit P6 mobile.
4. Attempt to log back into P6 Mobile.
5. Observe the reported issue.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the tool cannot be rolled out to the end users since it is not stable.
