Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version

Generate Payslip process failed however, we could see individual Payslips are generated successfully.

ERROR

There is no data to process.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Generate payslips process
2. Process completes with an error
