Delay In Loading Create Pages In CX Cloud App (Doc ID 2405132.1)

On Apple iPad Air Model: MD788FD/A, iOS 11.2.6

Full load of create pages of the objects account and contact is delayed (approx. 10 – 30 seconds)

The create page loads incomplete (you see only the headline of the address block). You have to wait up to 30 seconds until all elements of this page are loaded. I am able to repeat this behavior. After a while (approx. 30 seconds) the rest of the page is loaded – now the page is complete:

The behavior is the same on my Samsung Galaxy S5 mini with android version 6.0.1. Sometimes the load seems to get stuck. But this is not really reproducible.

Page should load completely

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the “Favorites” list of Account object in CX Cloud App:
2. Open the menu via the “...” button and use the command “Create Account”:
3.After a while (approx. 30 seconds) the rest of the page is loaded – now the page is complete


1. Open an existing account in CX Cloud App.
2. Go ahead to subtab “Contacts”
3. Use the “+”-button and then the “Create Contact” command:
4. The “Create” page for contacts is also loaded incomplete:
5. After approx. 30 seconds the rest of the page is loaded automatically:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load the pages finely on the CX mobile app
