Symptoms

Version 18.05

When attempting to open a Smart View grid client gets the error Grid is not well formed,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Grid is not well Formed"

STEPS
1. Open SmartView
2. Choose the spreadsheet to open
3. You will receive the error "Grid not well formed"
