DBCS - Database startup may fail after storage scale up (Doc ID 2405178.1)

Symptoms

After storage scale up some of SGA parameters are updated unnecessarily. Non default values you configured are reverted to default values, some of SGA related parameters which you have not configured have new values. If you are not aware of these changes, you may see performance issue, startup failure and any errors in alert.log.
