Records Visibility On Sales Cloud Accounts Through REST Service

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer would like to fetch all the Accounts in the system, while we do the same in the application (Simplified UI) using an user with admin role the records are displayed.
But while we try the same using the REST SERVICE with the GET operation, it displays the record with owner of the above user with Admin role which was also limited to only 25 Records.
