Goal

Pension Auto Enrollment process in Oracle Fusion Payroll only supports pay reference periods which are aligned to Tax weeks.
The customer in their legacy system uses pay reference period which are aligned with the period by reference to which the jobholder is paid their regular wage or salary.
So when data is first migrated onto Fusion and the employees are first processed on fusion, there will be a change to pay reference periods.

point 158 -161 and 148 to 157 suggests that overlapping assessment may need to be done.
How best can we achieve this transition from legacy to Fusion HCM?
