Load Time Card Batches Are Not Getting Completed

‘Load Time Card Batches’ process is not getting completed even after running for 30 mins.
In order to reproduce the issue please follow the below steps:
1. Login as a Timekeeper/Employee
2. Submit Timecard.
3. Approve Timecard.
4. Login as a Payroll Admin and run the batch process ‘Load Time Card Batches’.
5. I submitted for 1 employees and it’s been more than 30mins and still running the job.
