Inappropriate Message On Incident Re-open In Message Activity

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a message that has been sent to OSvC is reopened via OSvC it triggers a message activity within Engage stating "Reply sent to Oracle Service Cloud by Admin " even though the SRM agent has not resent the message.
