Goal
When deleting an updated record, the old manager assignments are missing
1. Perform a manager change of some kind on a future date
2. Delete that future-dated record (maybe there was an error or cancellation)
3. If you date-track/search past that original future-date where you would expect the original assignment data to persist - the manager assignments look missing.
4. Per document it looks like they are still present somewhere in a table, but the web UI doesn't display them (it tells you they already exist if you try a Correct or Update to add them back).
In the documented test, the Matrix manager was the one who 'dropped off'. In other tests they have done, it could be the other way around (line manager drops off).
