Unable to Login to the Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Production Environment Without Having to Enter SSO Credentials

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users cannot directly login to a (for example) Production environment without first having to enter their SSO credentials, unless they are already logged in to their (for example) Stage or Test environment via SSO.
An SSO login page should be available on the Production page when the user is not logged into another Cloud environment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- The user is NOT already logged in to one environment via SSO when they try to access another environment.
- The page is redirected to Single Sign-On, the user is prompted to enter their login credentials.
