Unable to Login to an Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Environment Without Having to Enter SSO Credentials (Doc ID 2405621.1)

On any Oracle cloud hosted Unifier environment:

Single Sign-On (SSO) does not work for an Oracle cloud hosted Unifier URL if the user is not already logged in to their SSO.

SSO should work as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. The user is NOT already logged into their SSO and they try to go to a Unifier environment, e.g.,
  2. The page is redirected to Single Sign-On and prompts the user to enter login credentials

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot directly login to a production environment without first having to enter their SSO credentials
