User Account E-mail not consistently updated after change to Work Email
Employee User Account E-mails are not consistently updated after an update (hdl load) of their Work Email addresses. Please see attached file for reference.
1. Why does the LDAP request get triggered and successfully update the User Account Email for 1 employee and not another?
2. What is the difference between the ‘Synchronize Person Records’ and ‘Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP’ process?
3. What report exists to audit the email on the User Account? The PER_USER table does not have the email attribute.
