Queries about QSC Product and PIM usage?

Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog

Product and product group Inquiries

1. When 'eligible to sell' and 'eligible for service' are unchecked for a product. Why the product can still be added from the product group setup? Customer is aware that even though the product is added to product group, but the product can still not be seen from opportunity. Why does the system not check the product during the setup of product group?

2. When a product is deleted from product group, why can customer still see the product from the QSC Product?
After customer delete the product and try to create it with the same product number from the product master instead of PIM, the system does not allow user to do so, but the system allow me to create it from PIM. Why?
Customer can see that PIM can set the product with more detail than product master, but why do they not sync?

3. Customer is confused with PIM and product master now. When he create a new product, where should he create? PIM? QSC Product?
