Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to reverse termination, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"An application error has appeared. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has appeared. Your helpdesk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident:
You cannot reverse or correct termination of this work relationship because of gratuity calculation card exists for this employee . (HRX-1561083).
To reverse or correct the termination for this employee, first delete the gratuity card."


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person management>Query Person>Manage work relationship>Actions>View Termination>Reverse Termination
