New Agency Name Not Displayed in Recruiting (Old Name Still Showing) (Doc ID 2405862.1)

Symptoms

The name of an Agency was modified in Configuration > Recruiting - Administration > Agencies, but when posting a requisition to an agent in Recruiting, the old agency name still displays.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Recruiting.
  2. Search for the requisition
  3. Open the Posting and Sourcing tab
  4. In the Staffing Agents section, click Modify...
  5. Find an agent associated to that agency.
  6. See the agency name displayed for this entry is the old one.
