Collections Dashboard Does Not Display Delinquency Customers

The delinquency customers do not appear even if I have launched the programs in a sequential way, namely:
1) Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
2) Strategy Management
3) Collections Scoring - run with the parameter Scoring Formula: Delinquency Status Determination
4) Update Collections Summary Data.
If I try to find a delinquency client, I get it but in the collection dashboard the delinquency client do not appear.
