Cannot Add Activities to Schedule Sheets in Unifier Schedule Manager

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to Add an Activity to the Schedule Sheet nothing seems to happen after the user enters the needed data and clicks on the OK button.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
A user with the applicable permission should be able to manually Add an Activity to a Schedule Sheet.
The following error can also be viewed via the Developer's Console (F12):
Object doesn't support property or method 'getMonth'
This issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Login to Unifier, navigate to the applicable work space and open the Schedule Sheet.
- Select the empty row where the Activity is to the added.
- Select Add > Manual.
- Fill out the required fields and click OK.
- Note that nothing happens.
