Not Able To Export Private Key From Security Console > Certificate

After generating a key from Security Console -> Certificate, customer doesn't see the green tick mark for private key and not able to export private key. Refer below screen shot
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools: Security Console -> Certificates -> Generate, generate a key
You will see the private key is not there, and down stream fusion application will report some error like:
