Data Picker Displays the Wrong Column Order in the New User Interface

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the new interface only, when a Data Picker is selected the columns are displayed in a different order than what is defined in the Business Process (BP) settings.
The interface should display the data in the order defined for the BP.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Using the new interface, navigate to the affected Shell > BP.
- Click "Create".
- Locate the affected Data Picker in the form and click on it to observe the column order.
- Do Steps 1-3 using the old interface; note the difference in column order.
