How To Clear Cache On A Scheduled Basis In Oracle Analytics Cloud(OAC) and BI Cloud Service(BICS)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The requirement is to clear the OBIEE Server Cache Files (.TBL files) on a scheduled basis. The following can be done to clear cache on a ad-hoc basis :
Login to DV URL > Console > Issue SQL > call sapurgeallcache('all');
This will clear all cache files. However using this approach you cannot schedule clearing cache.
