PRC: PON: How 'Response Valid Until' Date Attribute Works in Negotiation Process? (Doc ID 2406279.1)

Supplier response page has a field named 'Response valid until' - a date type field on Quotation header.
Ideally, this is expiry/validity date of quotation submitted.
However, while awarding the same negotiation after 'response valid until' date, System is allowing buyer to award the negotiation and also create Purchase Order (PO).
