Cannot Attach Files Larger Than 87Mb To BP Record Via Web Services XML Call.

When attaching a large file via Web Services "createCompleteBPRecord" XML call the record is created and the file uploaded. However, when the user tries to download the file attachment they get a corrupted file.
When downloading the attached file it should be intact and contain all information.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Send the Web Services "createCompleteBPRecord" call that includes a file attachment larger that 87Mb.
- A New Business Process (BP) record is created with the attached file.
- The file is seen to be attached to the record but when the users tries to download the attached file it is corrupted and the contents cannot be viewed.
