Resource Listing Report Exports Hours Per Week Incorrectly (Doc ID 2406654.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Resource Listing Report not correctly displaying the "Hours per Week" recorded in the Resource Calendar, the data is incorrectly being delivered to the report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Resource Listing Report to accurately show the Calendar data for every resource regardless of the numeric value in the field.

STEPS to Verify

  1. Access as a user with permission to see resource data and to run the resource listing report
  2. Run the Resource Listing report
  3. Run the Adhoc Resource Report that shows calendar (capacity) and against the actual User Calendar Data
  4. Compare, and check the discrepancies in the UI for the accurate data export


Result

The Resource Listing Report is not accurately gathering data from all Resource Calendars. Especially when the Calendar is not set at 40 hours, or has a fraction in the total Hours for the week.
