ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Totals for Actuals are reflected on the cash flow sheet and graph, with a 6 month lag after the effective date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Totals for Actuals should be reflected on the cash flow sheet and graph, with no lag.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input values for items in the Costs and Funds - Actuals

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reliably use the Cash Flow graphs / table.
