Import Inventory transaction FBDI fails with error
When trying to import Miscellaneous Transactions using the Inventory Transaction Import FBDI template, below error occurs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
--------------------------
Here are steps to reproduce -
1. Enter data in Inventory transactions FBDI template and create CSV files.
2. Load data into interface tables using process "Load Interface File for Import".
3. Run process Mange Inventory transactions.
4. Review transactions in the Pending Transactions Screen.
