Uncaught Exception During CRM Login

When trying to login to CRMOD application we get ...
"An Uncaught Exception error" on the homepage or any other object tab that we have
as the initial page.
1. Login to CRMOD application.
2. The error message occurs as below
Error: Originating at /OnDemand/user/Homepage
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from
fulfilling the request.
