CRM Desktop Isn't Bringing CRM Data Into Outlook (Doc ID 2406904.1)

The install appears to install correctly, the login works, the CRM Desktop folders and data structure get created successfully, and the initial sync completes all the way through the process. But once the sync is done and the users go into the Accounts or Opportunities, or Contacts folders, for example, there is no CRM Data that appears and in the Control Panel it shows lots of failures.

Also, if they go to an Appointment, Task, or Email and click the "Share with CRM" bar it does NOT display the CRM fields. So, something isn't working properly with these installs.
