OSC for Outlook Client Error - Ver 3.7.12 - User Is Unable to Login Into Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook After Password Change

Sales Cloud for Outlook Add-in version 3.7.12
After changing Sales cloud password , users cannot login to the OSC for Outlook Addin despite using the correct user name and password.
User should be able to authenticate without issues if the user name and password parameters are correct
This is only affecting OSC users that changed the password.
It affects all Outlook customers except those implementing Token Relay Service SSO. In other words, both non-SSO and STS based SSO Outlook customers are impacted.
