Example Analysis Creation: Count of Projects Based on Project Phases (Project Code) and Variance Baseline Duration

The requirement is to designed a dashboard that will show the count of projects based on project phases (project code) and variance baseline duration.
- This report will represent the breakdown of projects per respective project phases and will give insight on number of projects in each phases and their progress with respect to baseline planned (overall milestone performance)
Parameters Involved in report:
- Project Phase ( Like Design /Procurement/construction) –This is project code in P6
- Variance BL duration
- Project ID
- Project Name
- Delay columns in sample report format is based on “variance BL Duration” on EPPM which is calculated as “Baseline BL Duration – At complete Duration”.
