Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service
Release 11.13.18.02.0

Not able to create a standard rate with calculation method of User Values

Client would like to capture Smoking status as part of enrollment and then define the rates for each user value.
When creating Standard Rate, client not able to choose User Values.
