On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Data Load

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While loading Value by Criteria definitions using  HDL user cannot add the attribute 'Period or Unit' (PERIODICITY_TYPE. PAY_VALUE_DEFINITIONS_f) in the HDL file.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PERIODICITY_TYPE. PAY_VALUE_DEFINITIONS_f to be added in the HDL template
