PCS Notifications are not received when using third party mail (GMail, etc) (Doc ID 2407565.1)

Oracle PCS

Email notification when sent from PCS process it fails to reach the recipients.

Email notifications should reach the recipients without any errors.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into PCS
2. Execute a task in workspace which generates an email notification.
3. Check under PCS Home -> Configure -> notifications log to verify if the email was sent successfully.
