Running Lockbox Gets Error: Batch Contains Invalid Receipts

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.12.1.0.0 version, Using lockbox. Running lockbox to import receipts end with error:

ERROR:
----------------
Batch contains invalid receipts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to be able to import receipt without any error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run Lockbox process
4. Review the process and observed the error described appears
