Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) Data Loads Are Failing In The Data Load Phase 2 (Doc ID 2407626.1)

Symptoms

There is a data load issue, when looking at the data loads from FDMEE/DM the status says "Data Load Failed" every time attempted.  When clicking on the error, it says "Unable to perform data load. A Service error occurred.  Select "Provide Feedback" and contact Oracle Support.  Provide Feedback number provided below.
