In Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Is It Possible To Select A Preferred Global Timezone Whose "Midnight" Serves As The Universal Due Date For Late Reconciliations?

Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service - Version 16.04.60 to 21.12.51 [Release 16.0 to 21.0]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
There is global ARCS implementation which includes users across multiple time zones. This can cause an issue whereby reconciliations get marked late due to differences between the ARCS server's time (UTC) and end user's local time. Setting your preferences in ARCS to your applicable time zone does not impact the due date of a reconciliation. It simply changes the time stamp on the audit history.
Is there a way to set a preferred global time zone so that all users recognize the same point in time as "midnight", to comply with the submission of reconciliations and avoid the risk of missing the due date cutoff?
