On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

An error occurs when adding a groovy script for Relationship object workflow.

ERROR
-----------------------
The Groovy action is disabled for the object Relationship. Your help desk was notified. (ZCX-3075199)
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 18, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Create and activate a sandbox
3. Navigate to Tools > Application Composer
4. Select Common Setup > Object Workflows
5. Select Actions > Create
6. Select Object = Relationship
7. Enter the Name
8. At the Action for Groovy Script, click the + icon on the right-hand side
9. The error occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot create an object workflow for Relationship with a groovy script.
