Fusion SOAP API not responding - Error: The Oracle Cloud environment is currently unavailable.

Fusion SOAP webservices is not responding. This is impacting the UAT process which is in progress right now.



The Oracle Cloud environment is currently unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve this unplanned downtime and to restore your service(s) as quickly as possible.

WS should work with no issues

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open SOAP UI
2. Submitting a request
3. Getting web service not responding

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access web services.
