RFI Forms Do Not Appear in Workflow Configuration

RFI forms that have been created and published do not appear in the selection lists for workflow configuration or Project level form usage.

Expect RFIs to be accessible in workflow configuration.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create an RFI form and publish.
  2. Design a workflow in the same workspace as the RFI form.
  3. Ensure the workflow has a form task.
  4. Create workflow configuration using the workflow design just created.
  5. When configuring the workflow, RFI form does not appear when configuring the form task.
