Getting errors while importing customer hierarchy members.

There are a number of errors in this import. The first one:
This party cannot be imported because it is already a member of another active hierarchy. (HZ-120697)

The second one:
HZ-HZ_IMP_TREE_NODE_EXCEPTION (HZ- -1) Details: HZ-HZ_IMP_TREE_NODE_EXCEPTION Cause: The message, HZ-HZ_IMP_TREE_NODE_EXCEPTION, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator.

The third set:
The party or the parent party is invalid for the tree structure with the code HZ_PARTY_HIERARCHY/HZ_CUSTOMER_HIERARCHY. (HZ-120526) Details: Ensure you enter an active party of the type Organization.
You must enter a value for either PARTY_ID or ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE. (HZ-120735)
A customer hierarchy node cannot have a party usage other than sales account, sales prospect, customer, legal entity, or external legal entity. (HZ-120695)
You must provide a value for these attributes: TREE_STRUCTURE_CODE/TREE_CODE/AS_OF_DATE/PARTY_ID.

The fourth set
This party cannot be imported because it is already a member of another active hierarchy. (HZ-120697)
A hierarchy cannot have multiple root nodes. Ensure that a tree has only one root node. (HZ-120255)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales/Engagement Cloud
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Import Activities > Go to Task
3. Create a "Customer hierarchies member" import
4. The import ends in error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import customer hierarchy members.
