As described in the manual below, user is attempting to update the password for storage cloud.
Updating the Password for Backing Up to the Storage Cloud
However, even after "Configure Backups" is clicked the password won't be updated.
Activity log from MyServices displayed as following, Update Credential Operation is failed with following timeout message:
